Reviews and Outcomes
1. Can you provide testimonials or case studies of clients who have had procedures?
US HIPAA Privacy Rule establishes national standards to protect individuals' medical
records and other individually identifiable health information; however, we do have
training case studies where we have blinded important customer information that we
use in our start-up Medical Tourism Concierge training program.
2. What is the typical success rate and patient satisfaction level?
When the client knows the procedure(s) s/he is after, the time it takes to plan a medical tour is less than a week. The virtual consultations with recommended providers may have a waiting period up to three months. Once the personal Medical Tourism plan is approved by the client and payment is made, bookings are then made and the trip is set. Because our planning, research, and curation processes are excellent, we have achieved 100% satisfaction from our clients, providers, and partners. The true measure of our success is when we receive repeat clients (15%) and referrals from past clients (10%).
3. How do you handle feedback and complaints from clients, and is there a review process to improve your services?
Surge Med Spa Transformations leverages an assessment at the start of the consultation to understand the client's parameters for success. From there we form goals for the client and subsequent medical tours. Quick surveys are conducted at several touchpoints along the medical tour, with the final survey offered upon return to home. Feedback on our service as well as our providers and partners is welcomed. We host an annual virtual half day conference with these parties to discuss industry updates and address feedback trends.
